The accommodation includes the following:

Outside, there is parking available along with a private yard equipped with garden furniture. Additionally, there is a garden area.

On the ground floor, you will find a main room that consists of a lounge/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a bathroom and a separate toilet on this floor.

Moving upstairs, there are two bedrooms and another toilet located on the landing.

The kitchen on the ground floor is furnished with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, stove, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, and dryer. Kitchen utensils are also provided.

For relaxation, the lounge/living area is furnished with a comfortable couch and a television.

The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a shower, and there is a toilet adjacent to it.

Upstairs, there is a bedroom furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a bedside table. There is also another room with two single beds, a wardrobe, and a bedside table. Additionally, there is a toilet located on the landing between these two rooms.

WiFi access is available throughout the accommodation, and there is the possibility of adding an extra bed or a cot if needed. A highchair is also available for use.

Très bon acceuil, gîte bien situé, bien équipé, très propre et fonctionnel.
5 jours fin septembre très agréable malgrès météo capricieuse.
Beaucoup de visites à 30mn en voiture.

Directions

Once you are in the village, head towards Saint Malo along the coast (Cherrueix). When you reach the garage, take the road on the right just before it. Keep going straight until you reach a crossing, then make a left turn. Congratulations, you have arrived!
