Welcome to our charming Bed and Breakfast! We offer comfortable accommodations at a great value. Weekdays rates start at just $30 per night for one person. For two persons, the rate is $46 and includes a delicious breakfast. An additional person can be accommodated for just $13 per night. Please note that there is a tax of $0.75 per person per night.Our establishment is proud to offer free WiFi to all our guests. We have three rooms available for your stay.
The first room, located on the host's floor, can accommodate one to three people. It features a double bed, a single bed, and a cot. This room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and WiFi. The bathroom and facilities are shared with one other room on the same floor.
The second room, also located upstairs, can accommodate up to three people. It offers a comfortable double bed and a single bed. This room is also equipped with a flat-screen TV and WiFi. The bathroom and facilities are shared with one other room on the same floor.
Lastly, we have a ground-floor room with its own independent entrance, perfect for one to two persons. This room features a cozy double bed, a bathroom, and a kitchenette. It is also equipped with a flat-screen TV and WiFi.

"The Faluères cottage is located in the southeast of Laval, on the left bank. It is 5 minutes away from Beausoleil airport and the karting track, as well as 5 minutes from downtown Laval. It is also near the towpath. To find the cottage using GPS, search for 'Laval' and 'faluere' and select 'Large faluere' or 'house of faluères' from the list. The GPS coordinates are Latitude: 48° 03' 53" N and Longitude: 0° 44' 16" O.
If you are arriving from Paris or Rennes via the A81 motorway, take Exit #3 and follow the signs for Laval-Centre. Keep going straight at the first traffic light, pass over the railway bridge, and turn left at the second light onto Morn Bridge (All Directions - ZI St Melaine). Continue until you reach the next set of lights (with a petrol station on your right and Bricomarché Lidl on your left), cross the D57 road to enter the path of Faluères. Follow the direction prohibited (except for residents) for approximately 1 km, and you will find the cottage on your left.
If you are arriving from Paris or Le Mans via the D57 road, simply follow the signs for Laval. At the first set of lights (with Lidl on your right), immediately turn left onto the path of Faluères, taking the direction prohibited (except for residents) for about 1 km. The cottage will be on your left.
If you are arriving from Rennes, St Nazaire, or Nantes via the national road, follow the signs for Laval and then towards Tours and Angers. Next, head towards Le Mans (D57). Continue until you reach the intersection lights near a Bricomaché service station (on your left). Turn right at the lights, following the prohibited direction (except for residents) for approximately 1 km, and you will find the cottage on your left.
If you are coming from the town center, drive towards the train station. In front of the station, turn right, leaving the railway line on your left. At the traffic lights, take the direction of Toutes Directions ZI St Melaine and continue until the next junction lights (with the Bricomarché service station on your right and Lidl on your left). Cross the D57 road to enter the path of Faluères, taking the direction prohibited (except for residents) for about 1 km. The cottage will be on your left."
