This spacious gite features a large living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, ensuring your comfort during your stay. The kitchenette includes a fridge, freezer, induction plates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and various dishes. The living area offers a dining table with 5 chairs, a comfortable sofa bed with a quality mattress, an armchair, and a TV with DVD player and WIFI access.

The gite also boasts a generous bedroom with a double bed (140) and a single bed (90). The beds are already made for your convenience, and towels are provided (please bring your own towels for the pool). The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.

For added convenience, the gite includes a laundry area with a washing machine, ironing board, iron, and all necessary cleaning supplies. Guests also have access to a 4000m2 park, complete with a playground, bicycles, and outdoor games. Additionally, there is a communal pool (5x10m2) available for use from June to September. The pool is heated and treated with sea salt, ensuring a pleasant swimming experience without the smell of chlorine. It also includes a hot shower and toilet facilities.

Directions

If you are traveling from the north of France, it is recommended to take the A87 motorway from Angers-Cholet, then switch to the A83 motorway and take the exit at Fontenay le Comte, specifically exit 8 leading towards La Rochelle.
On the other hand, if you are coming from the south of France, you should take the A11 motorway. Shortly after Niort, switch to the A83 motorway and also exit at Fontenay le Comte, exit 8 towards La Rochelle.
Our location is just 5 km away from junction 8 of the A83, making it extremely convenient for travelers.
