This 80m² cottage is suitable for 3 people and has been awarded a 4-star rating by Atout France and 3 keys by Clévacances. It is located in a renovated old winemakers house turned farm, built in 1829, and has been completely renovated to preserve the local architecture while offering modern comfort. The cottage is attached to our house and can be accessed through an independent terrace that opens into a living room with an alcove containing a bed measuring 110 x 185. The cottage also features a large equipped kitchen, a spacious bedroom with bedding options of either 3 beds measuring 90 x 200 or 1 bed measuring 180 x 200 plus 1 bed measuring 90 x 200. Upon arrival, the beds are made according to your preferences for 1 or 2 people. The bathroom and toilet are separate and equipped with grab bars and a walk-in shower with a seat. This cottage is suitable for people with reduced mobility, although assistance may be required for the toilet.

At the back of the cottage, on a fully enclosed 40-acre property, you will find a pétanque court, garden furniture, parking, and our heated swimming pool available during the season (not in winter). The cottage is located in a typical Lorraine village in the heart of the Lorraine Regional Natural Park, offering a peaceful environment. Its central location, within the triangle formed by the cities of Verdun, Metz, and Nancy, makes it an ideal starting point for exploring the region.

Within a radius of 3 to 5 kilometers, you will find a variety of shops. We are available to assist you during your stay and can provide maps and documents to help you discover the beauty of our region. Our calendar on this website is up to date to ensure availability. The rental price for one week ranges from 330 to 370, and during July and August, weekly rentals are available from Saturday to Saturday. For a weekend stay of 2 nights, the price is 180. There is a supplementary charge of 5 per day for a possible 4th person. The tourist tax is 1.21 per person over 18 years old and per day. Electric heating is included up to 20KW per day, with any excess usage in winter charged at 0.25 per KW. Sheets and towels are provided upon arrival, except for swimming pool towels. Baby equipment can be provided upon request. A 30% deposit is required for reservations, and an optional end-of-stay cleaning package is available for 50. A refundable deposit of 300 is also required. Only the number of people declared at the time of booking will be allowed in the accommodation and on the property. Privatizing the premises, including the swimming pool, for parties or any other reason is not possible. We no longer accept business bookings. Additionally, we have a separate 2-person cottage on-site.

We offer a spacious 80m² gîte for 3 to 4 people and a cozy 20m² studio gîte for 2 people. Both accommodations are independent and have been awarded 4 and 2 stars respectively by "Atout France," as well as 3 and 2 keys by "CleVacances" and labeled "Values natural park regional."

At our property, you will experience peace, comfort, and tranquility. Our 4000m² enclosed grounds offer various amenities such as a pétanque court, garden furniture, parking, and a heated swimming pool during the summer months. You will also have access to a barbecue for enjoyable outdoor dining. The beds, available in either 90 x 200 or 180 x 200 sizes, will be made to your preference upon arrival. Additionally, we provide towels, sheets, and initial non-food consumables, as well as free wifi access.

Conveniently situated within the Metz Nancy Verdun triangle, near Pont à Mousson, Toul, Commercy, Saint-Mihiel, and the Côtes de Meuse, our location allows for easy exploration of the area. Don't miss the opportunity to visit the medieval village of Hattonchatel and the Butte de Montsec with its American monument.

Please note that we do not accommodate pets, as our boxers are not fond of other animals. Smoking is not permitted in our accommodations.

A deposit of 200/300 is required. Only the number of guests declared at the time of booking will be permitted in the accommodations and on the premises. Please understand that it is not possible to privatize our facilities, including the swimming pool, for parties or any other purpose.
