Cannes City B & B is a charming guest house located in the western area of Cannes, just a 5-minute walk from the beach and a convenient 12-minute bus ride to the festival palace and the old town.We provide two cozy and well-equipped rooms with a range of amenities and services included.
Start your day off right with our delicious breakfast, featuring a variety of homemade sweet and savory options such as freshly baked breads, yogurt, jams, fresh fruit salad, pastries, and cereals. During the months of April to September, we invite you to enjoy this delightful meal on our balcony for a truly enchanting experience.
Our price includes an array of services to enhance your stay, including bathrobes, toiletries, access to a washing machine and dryer, bicycles, fresh linens, tea, coffee, and both still and sparkling water.
We pride ourselves on our warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that you feel immediately at home. We are always happy to engage in conversation and provide valuable information to help you explore and discover the beauty of our region. From Nice Côte d'Azur Airport:
1 - By Airport Express bus:
- Departures from Nice between 8am and 11pm
- Departures from Cannes bus station between 7am and 8pm
After arriving at the Cannes terminal bus station, take bus 1, 2, or 20 to Cannes La Bocca market place (approximately 10 minutes). If possible (as I work during the day), I can pick you up from the station for free (please ask via email).
Price: €20 one-way or €30 round trip
Total travel time: approximately 1.5 hours

2 - By limousine service:

3 - By train (TER):
- Departures from Nice between 5:44am and 11:47pm
- Departures from Cannes between 5:30am and 11:30pm
Price: from €5.80 to €9.60 for one trip
From Terminal 1, take the free shuttle to "Arénas" stop. Then, walk for about 15 minutes to the train station:
- Cross Avenue Lindbergh and turn left (lycée hôtelier Paul Augier)
- Turn right (boulevard René Cassin) until the traffic light
- Cross on the left, under the SNCF bridge (route de Grenoble), and turn right (avenue Edouard Grinda) to reach the train station
Take the train to Cannes La Bocca station
From there, head towards the main road to the city center (avenue Francis Tonner) on your left. It will take around 15 minutes to reach the house by walking. If possible, I can pick you up with the car for free at the train station (please ask via email).
Total travel time: approximately 2 hours
4 - By our pickup service:
- I can pick you up at the airport at your arrival time. Look for a sign with your name on it in the luggage delivery area.
- Contribution cost: €30 (for gas, tolls, etc.). The airport is approximately 35 km from the house.
- Please ask via email, as this service is only available if I am not working during your arrival time.
Total travel time: approximately 35 minutes

Cannes La Bocca station: connects to various destinations from Italy to Marseille (easy access to Nice center: 35 min, Monaco center: 60 min, St Tropez center: 45 min, Antibes center: 15 min...). You can also reach Vintimille, the closest Italian city, for the big Friday market in 1 hour and 15 minutes by train.
