Introducing the new holiday cottage "Aux Pays des sucs"! Situated in the serene and verdant surroundings of Chazes Farm, this charming retreat is far away from the hustle and bustle of main roads and neighboring houses. Perched at an impressive altitude of 900 meters above sea level, it offers breathtaking views of the Emblavez Valley and the majestic "Sucs" volcanic domes. Truly an authentic little paradise!The cottage boasts a spacious 250m² area, with half of it occupied by the owners and the remaining portion dedicated to the holiday accommodation on the ground floor, along with an independent room and an activities area upstairs.
Despite its secluded location, we are conveniently close to the main towns of Haute-Loire. Just a short drive away, you'll find Le Pertuis, Saint-Hostien, and the national road 88 within 5 minutes, Ysingeaux and the Meygal cross-country skiing hall within 10 minutes, Saint Julien Chapteuil within 10 minutes, and the charming city of Le Puy-en-Velay within 15 minutes. For those who enjoy skiing, the Les Estables ski resort is only 30 minutes away.
Children will be delighted with the unique activities area, featuring a 15m² equipped space with a climbing wall, a mini skateboard ramp, a table soccer game, a treehouse at a height of 3 meters with a stunning valley view, a swing for the little ones, a goal for sports enthusiasts, and the nearby Le Pertuis Via Ferrata, reachable within a 5-minute drive.
Our holiday cottage offers a comfortable and inviting space, including a main room with an open-concept kitchen and a cozy living room complete with a wood-burning stove. Furnished with a leather sofa and chair, a large table with 6 chairs, and a night area with a king-size bed, it provides ample space for relaxation. Additionally, there is an independent bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed, shower, and sink, as well as an independent bedroom upstairs with a king-size bed, shower, and sink. A WC is available on the ground floor, and there are two patios - one of 20m² on the ground floor and another of 50m² upstairs. The cottage also boasts a vast land area of 3500m².
We gladly welcome pets, and our amenities include a large baker oven for making delicious wood-fired pizzas, a barbecue for outdoor cooking, comfortable deck chairs, garden furniture, a TV, DVD player, and Wi-Fi for entertainment, as well as a washing machine for your convenience. Additionally, sheets and towels are provided.

Welcome to the charming holiday cottage "Aux Pays des sucs" at Chazes Farm. Situated in a tranquil green area, away from bustling roads and neighboring houses, this hidden gem is nestled in the heart of the "Sucs" - unique volcanic domes - offering breathtaking views of the Emblavez Valley.With its authentic charm and peaceful surroundings, our holiday cottage is the perfect getaway. The cottage, occupying 250m², is divided into two parts - half is occupied by the owners, while the other half consists of a ground floor holiday cottage, an independent room, and an activities area on the upper floor.
Despite its secluded location, we are conveniently close to major towns in Haute-Loire. Just a short drive away, you will find Le Pertuis, Saint-Hostien, Ysingeaux, and the national road 88. Additionally, the hall of cross-country skiing Meygal, Saint Julien Chapteuil, the historic Le Puy-en-Velay, and the Les Estables ski resort are all within easy reach.

What time do you plan to arrive?
When coming to the village "Le Pertuis" from "St Etienne":
1) Follow the signs towards "Le Puy-en-Velay."
2) After passing through the village "Le Pertuis," take the first small road on your right, approximately 500 meters after leaving the village.
3) At a small crossroads, continue straight and then take the first right turn, indicated by the sign for "Aux Pays des Sucs."
4) Follow the signs for about a minute.
5) At another small crossroads, turn right.
6) Our house will be on the left.
When coming to the village "St Hostien" from "Le Puy-en-Velay":
1) In front of the Tabac, take the left road towards "Rosières" for 2 kilometers.
2) After passing a large farm on your right, take the first right turn towards "Les Chazes."
3) Our house will be on the right side after passing six houses on the left.
When coming to the village "Le Pertuis" from "St Etienne":
1) Follow the signs towards "Le Puy-en-Velay."
2) After passing through the village "Le Pertuis," take the first small road on your right, approximately 500 meters after leaving the village.
