This delightful accommodation can comfortably accommodate 2 to 6 individuals and is situated within a secure enclosed garden. The cottage's sunny exposure and inviting terrace, complete with garden furniture, table, armchairs, deckchairs, and barbecue, will undoubtedly captivate you.The ground floor features a cozy lounge/dining room with satellite TV offering both French and international channels, as well as direct access to the terrace. The well-equipped open kitchen boasts modern amenities such as 4 hotplates, an oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker (including a Senseo), kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. Additionally, the ground floor includes a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (160*200), a bathroom equipped with a hairdryer and towel dryer, and a separate WC.

Welcome to our well-maintained garden, which benefits from a sunny orientation and allows for enjoyable breakfasts outside or even the chance to indulge in a delicious barbecue with the fish you purchased at the market.Step inside and discover a space filled with comfort and modern furnishings. The ground floor features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area that is fully equipped. The lounge area offers Sat-TV with international channels, a DVD player, a sofa bed, and armchairs, providing seating for six people. The kitchen boasts a ceramic hob with a hood, an electric cooker, a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and all necessary dishes and utensils. Additionally, there is a master bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a wash basin, storage spaces, and a hairdryer. A separate toilet and a garage housing a washing machine, a dryer, and an iron are also situated on the ground floor.

Directions
To reach the destination from Rennes, follow RN 12 towards Brest. Before reaching Brest, continue towards Gouesnou. Once in Gouesnou, take the road D13 towards Lannilis. From Lannilis, head towards Landeda. Upon reaching the village of Landeda, follow the signs for Dunes de St Marguerite. After driving for 1.5 km, take the road towards Plage de St Marguerite. The house is located 130 meters away from the beach.
