Our location is perfect, with easy access to all amenities such as the city center, supermarket, bakery, restaurants, swimming pool, theater, cinema, and a big market that takes place three times a week. Malakoff is a city close to Paris, and you'll find various transportation options nearby, including buses, subways (Line 13 goes directly to Champs-Elysées and Montparnasse), streetcars, Vélib bikes, and Autolib cars. If you're arriving by car or plane, we are conveniently located near the Porte de Châtillon and Porte de Vanves (ring motorway) or Orly airport.

We are fluent in French, English, and Spanish, so we can assist you during your stay in Paris. We look forward to seeing you soon!
