While the house boasts modern comforts, they are discreetly incorporated, such as a pellet stove nestled between the hutch and buffet, a hidden TV screen within a cabinet joinery, and a cozy couch. The kitchen, although quaint, features an open counter that leads to the dining room, albeit lacking a dishwasher. Ascending the wooden staircase leads to the attic, where the sleeping area is located, consisting of two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The bathroom and toilet are conveniently situated upstairs. To bask in the sunlight, you can enjoy breakfast on the deck or the balcony, while admiring the picturesque and rural heritage of Vernet Sainte Marguerite.
