Our cottage can accommodate up to six people. It consists of two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed (140 * 190) and the other with two twin beds (90 * 190) that can be joined together. The living room also offers a sofa that can be converted into two twin beds (90 * 190). The cottage features a charming and relaxing atmosphere with personalized decorations.Sylvie, our host, takes pleasure in preparing a hearty breakfast for you to enjoy either on the terrace or in the common room. The breakfast is a delightful experience filled with happiness, indulgence, and sharing. You can savor homemade pastries and brioches, accompanied by delicious jams made from fruits grown in our orchard. Freshly squeezed orange juice, a refreshing fruit salad, and other delightful treats are also available.
The cottage includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, and kettle. There is a bathroom and a separate toilet. For entertainment, there is a TV, DVD player, and internet access in the common area (unfortunately, WIFI is not yet available in the Mardelle).
Outside, you will have your own private terrace with garden furniture, including a barbecue, perfect for relaxing and enjoying convivial moments. There is also a room filled with books and information about the surrounding area, as well as a game room with table football, board games, and records.
The cottage is surrounded by a beautiful, flower-filled garden with various seating areas. One of the highlights is a small fountain created from an old animal trough, providing a peaceful view of the picturesque countryside.

If you're looking for water activities, the nearby activity center offers a variety of options. For motorsports enthusiasts, we are conveniently located close to the Magny Cours and Lurcy drawbridge race tracks. Don't miss our bustling Wednesday market, and while you're here, take a leisurely stroll through the Loire region or visit the PAI amusement park, which is only an hour away. Nous avons passé deux journées très agréables dans ce gîte, qui est très bien équipé et aménagé avec beaucoup de goût. Nos hôtes nous ont accueillis chaleureusement et nous ont conseillé sur les lieux à visiter dans la région. Merci à eux encore une fois!
