This house offers ample space and comfortable architecture with stunning forest views to the south. It is located in a peaceful and green setting, yet still close to the village center. Children can enjoy a playground, and the first hiking trails are just 100 meters away. The property includes two parking spaces, as well as beautiful flowers and trees. Outdoor games, a large terrace with a garden table, chairs, and a gas barbecue are also provided.In the village of Illfurth, which is only 300 meters from the cottage, there is a lovely bakery, a friendly butcher, a press-tobacco shop, and a small grocery store. You can also find a traditional restaurant called "Le Coq," an Irish pub, and a Carrefour supermarket. Other amenities in the village include a kebab shop, a pizzeria, a cheese shop, a pharmacy, four hairdressers, a library, three doctors, three dentists, two physiotherapists, a chiropodist, and a charming little market on Thursday mornings. There is even a bicycle repairman available.
The house itself is spacious, bright, and the location is perfect for exploring Alsace, Switzerland, and Germany. It can accommodate up to six people and features a large south-facing balcony, a patio, and a 500 square meter enclosed garden.

If you're coming from the Euro-airport Basel in Switzerland, it will take you approximately 35 minutes to reach Altkirch, driving through Freiburg and Mulhouse. At 1 pm, you can take the A35 highway to reach Strasbourg in 15 minutes. Additionally, Altkirch is conveniently located 35 minutes away from Colmar, where you can explore the famous wine route and visit the High Koenigsbourg Castle. If you're a fan of skiing, there is a ski resort just 30 minutes away from Altkirch. Freiburg in Germany is only a 45-minute drive from Altkirch, and the Laguna Water park in Germany is also easily accessible within 45 minutes.
