Welcome to The Barn at ARRION, a delightfully comfortable barn located just 20 minutes from the ocean in Landes. This spacious accommodation can sleep 4 to 12 persons, with 2 bedrooms for 4 people and additional seating and dining places for 8 campers from the same group (tents not provided).

Situated in a peaceful and secluded area, surrounded by nature, The Barn offers absolute tranquility. It is conveniently located 20 km from the ocean, with easy access to popular beaches such as Messanges, Soustons, and Vieux Boucau. The nearby lakes of Soustons, Léon, and Saint-Paul-les-Dax, as well as the thermal town of Dax (16 km away), provide additional recreational opportunities.

The accommodation features 2 adjoining bedrooms, one with a 140cm bed and the other with a 160cm bed, as well as a baby bed. There is a bathroom with an Italian shower, two sinks, a separate toilet, and a washing machine. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a covered terrace, and there is a cozy lounge area, a dining area with a 12-person table, and a bar corner. The barn also opens onto 8 hectares of open wooded ground, with a BBQ area and an outdoor warm shower. The total surface area of the barn is 150m².

The location of The Barn is convenient, being just 3 km from the A 63 motorway (exit n°11) between Magescq and Herm. The village of Magescq is also 3 km away. In addition to the ocean, the center of Soustons and Soustons Plage and Vieux Boucau are all within a 20-minute drive.

The accommodation provides bed linen (sheets, covers, pillows), bath mats, 4 towels, and a kitchen towel. For entertainment, there are various games and sports equipment available, including dice, cards, darts, petanque for children, golf equipment, hikes into the forest, croquet for children, volleyball, and badminton.
