In a charming, traditional building that was once part of an old dairy farm, we offer two lovely rooms for our guests:The Blue Room: This spacious and luminous room features a large, comfortable 160 x 200 cm upholstered bed. It also has a spacious ensuite bathroom and a separate toilet. Facing southeast/south, you can enjoy stunning views of the garden and surrounding countryside by simply opening the louvered shutters in your bedroom. Additionally, since it is a through-room, you will also have a view of the courtyard and barns.
The Green Room: This intimate and bright room boasts a cozy double bed measuring 160 x 200 cm. It has a convenient shower room and toilet. Similar to the Blue Room, it offers beautiful views of the garden and surrounding countryside when you open the louvered shutters.
To assist you during your stay, we provide various documentation and guides about the country and its monuments.
All of our rooms, including private areas, are situated on the upper floor of the house. The floor is made of ancient chestnut wood that has been fully refurbished and protected.
Please note that our house is strictly non-smoking and we do not allow pets.
There are several excellent dining options (including Michelin-recommended "Bip Gourmand" establishments) located just a short distance from our residence. Therefore, we do not offer dinner. However, you can enjoy a hearty breakfast after a peaceful and restorative night's sleep following your day of sightseeing.
Our prices for 2021 have remained unchanged for the past four years and include the cost of the room, breakfast, and Wi-Fi. Please be aware that there will be a 3.30% increase in the tax per person for the night in 2021.

super chambre d'hotes tout confort et accueil top
Nous avons passé deux nuits chez Georges au manoir de la Borie Neuve, super accueil, chambre bleue impeccable et tout confort (grand lit confortable, literie nickel, vue sur le jardin, sdb privatisée, etc.). Georges a été charmant, nous a servi un délicieux petit-déjeuner, nous avons partagé ensemble un apéro, et beaucoup apprécié son dynamisme, sa gentillesse et son sens de l'accueil. Nous recommandons!

Directions
To reach "La Borie Neuve" from Bergerac, take the D 660 towards Cahors. Continue on the D 26 until you reach St-Avit-Sénieur. From there, head towards the place called "La Borie Neuve".
If you are coming from Le Bugue or Le Buisson-de-Cadouin, use the D 25 to reach Cadouin. Then, follow the route to St-Avit-Sénieur. Finally, take a right turn towards "La Borie Neuve".
