Description for B&B:

This chalet, built in 2015 on a farm dating back to 1795, is the perfect place to relax and find peace in a serene green environment. Located just 3 minutes from the center of Chamonix, this cozy and modern 70 ² accommodation opens onto a ground garden with stunning views of the Bossons glacier and the Mont Blanc mountain range.

Featuring exposed timbers and a mezzanine sleeping area, the chalet offers a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The interior is adorned with old wood and tasteful decor, and special attention has been given to soundproofing between rooms.

The spacious fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room and dining area, facing south - southwest. Two large windows fill the room with natural light, one of which grants access to the private garden where you can endlessly admire the Mont Blanc and the majestic Glacier des Bossons. The other window leads to a balcony.

The bedrooms also open onto a large balcony with views of the Brevent and the Mont Blanc mountain range. The master bedroom boasts a 160 x 200 bed and French doors that open onto the balcony, along with an en suite bathroom featuring a shower, sink, and toilet. Bedroom 2 is equipped with trundle beds (2 x 90 x 190) and also opens onto the balcony through patio doors. Bedroom 3 is located on the mezzanine level with a window opening to the outside. It offers two beds in 90 x 190 dimensions but access is via a steep staircase, making it unsuitable for young children.

The chalet also features a beautiful bathroom with a large shower, toilet, and basin made of natural stone. Additionally, free internet access is provided. Please note that smoking is not allowed and pets are not permitted in the chalet.

For convenience, ski equipment can be stored in the heated ground floor storage room. The chalet also offers a large private parking area and is accessible via an internal staircase.

Check-in is available from 16:00 to 22:00, and check-out is at 10:00. If you enjoy hiking or snowshoeing, you can easily embark on a scenic adventure directly from the chalet. Immerse yourself in the tranquil forest and in about 45 minutes, you can reach the Bossons glacier.

Appréciations pour Clos des Songes, Chamonix Mont Blanc:

Un lieu idéal pour notre semaine au ski
Review by: Tasse, Fev 27 2017 5:54PM
