The Mediterranean Ardèche region is known for its rustling sound of cicadas in the summer and is a land of flavors, with olive mills and grape varieties. Adventure seekers and water sports enthusiasts can enjoy the magnificent setting of the Ardeche gorges and Chassezac valley, with the ark of Vallon Pont d'Arc being the most famous attraction. Other attractions in the area include the mysterious Païolive wood, the exhibition dedicated to the famous Chauvet cave, and the splendors of Orgnac and its adjacent cavities.

The Ardeche offers a variety of fun activities for reconnecting with nature, including caving, canoeing, hiking, tree climbing, climbing, cycling, air sports, and canyoning. The region's diverse landscapes, including mountains, valleys, gorges, plains, lakes, rivers, woods, plateaus, and ridge lines, make it a paradise for nature recreation. Many perched and classified villages in the area offer unsuspected wonders with their stone houses in pink sandstone covered with slate.

The house features a kitchen that opens to a large living room, fully equipped with modern appliances. The living room/dining room is spacious and includes a fireplace that spreads warmth throughout the house. The room is furnished with leather armchairs, floor lamps, a coffee table, and entertainment options such as a radio, stereo, CD player, and assortment of classical music. The room also has two doors that open onto a tiled terrace with stunning views of the valley.

There are four bedrooms in the house, each tastefully decorated and offering different sleeping arrangements. The spacious bathroom is fully tiled and well-lit, with storage units, a washstand, and a large shower. The house also has an independent laundry room with a washing machine and ironing facilities.
