Located in a beautifully landscaped park spanning 5000 m², the LAirial cottage offers a charming and secluded retreat. This newly constructed traditional wooden chalet is conveniently situated on the outskirts of the Landes forest, just a short drive away from both the Bassin d'Arcachon and Biscarrosse.Ideal for up to 5 guests, this ground floor holiday home measures 35 sqm. It features two bedrooms with the option of either two double beds or four single beds, a bathroom with a double sink and shower, and a kitchen equipped with ceramic plates, a microwave, and a fridge freezer. The kitchen opens up to a cozy living room with a sofa bed, TV, and free Wi-Fi. Additionally, guests can enjoy their own private terrace complete with garden furniture and a barbecue.
For nature enthusiasts, a nearby cycle track is only 600 meters away, providing easy access to the stunning ocean coast or Lake Parentis/Biscarrosse in under 45 minutes. Bicycles are also available for guests to use at their convenience.
The cottage offers an array of activities to keep everyone entertained, including mini golf, archery, badminton, football, and petanque. Baby equipment such as a cot, high chair, and bath deckchair can be provided upon request.
The price of the rental includes electricity, water, tourist tax, Wi-Fi, and secure parking. The rental rates range from 300 to 700 euros, with a 10% discount available for two-week stays. Optional cleaning services are available for an additional fee of 50 euros, and rental of linens and towels can be arranged for 10 euros per person.
Payments can be made by check, and the rental period runs from Saturday at 17:00 to the following Saturday at 10:00.
