CINNAMON is a charming house located in the floor of our AZUR FRAGRANCES villa in Mougins. It is a spacious accommodation that can accommodate up to 12 people. We warmly welcome guests all year round. As you enter, you will be greeted by our beautiful terrace and garden.

Guests will have access to the ground floor of the villa, which includes a terrace for relaxation, smoking, playing cards, and engaging in conversations. You can also enjoy your breakfast or meals on the terrace, either by opting for our customized host tables or by savoring grilled dishes made on the barbecue, which comes with firewood. Additionally, every evening during the summer, Christian opens his pizzeria, while Sabrina organizes special dessert evenings for the delight of your children. There are also entertainment options available, such as "karaoke" and cartoon movies on the living room TV, swings and a slide in the garden, and a swimming pool with sun umbrellas where you can relax and soak up the sun.

Throughout the year, we live in the house with our children and welcome guests into our large living room, named "Amber," which features a fireplace. This is where we serve breakfast and host tables during the season. We are also happy to provide information about the region, including recommendations for visits, walks, and other activities.

The neighborhood is peaceful, surrounded by villas, and offers all necessary amenities, such as shopping stores, a municipal swimming pool in Mougins (heated), bus stops, fitness centers, bakeries, restaurants, and the beautiful beaches of Cannes. Just 1.5 km away, you can also visit the Lerins Islands and explore the Valmasque Forest in Mougins, as well as the nearby golf courses. Adjacent to the villa, there is the Municipal pool "Campelières," which is open and heated all year round, and the Cannes "Rosella Hightover" School of Dance.

CINNAMON is a charming studio located on the ground floor of our villa, offering a beautiful view of the garden and pool. With a size of approximately 20 m2, it comfortably accommodates 2 guests (with the option to add an extra bed for a surcharge of 15). We also provide a "baby" umbrella bed for children under 3 years old upon request, free of charge.

The studio is equipped with an en suite shower, sink, and a small kitchenette that includes a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sink, dishwasher, and electric cooking plates. The toilet is separate and shared, located in the hallway.

In addition to the studio, you are welcome to enjoy the ground floor of our villa. There is a common main terrace furnished with tables and chairs for your meals, as well as a barbecue for your grilling needs. The garden features swings, a slide, and children's games, perfect for families. You can also relax by the communal pool, which has comfortable deckchairs.

The Cottage Studio CINNAMON features a double bed (180 cm) composed of two mattresses (90 cm each). There is also the option to add an extra bed for children under 3 years old for a surcharge of 20, and a cot is available for free upon request. The studio is furnished with storage cupboards, a dresser, a dining table with two chairs, a TV, and free wifi throughout the villa. Free parking is available in our copropriété, and the surrounding area is filled with shops. Cannes and the beaches are just a 20-minute drive away.
