The cottage de la Lande is situated in the charming village of Yvetôt Bocage, surrounded by lush apple orchards and picturesque fields. It is conveniently located just 25 minutes away from the breathtaking beaches, about 20 km. Additionally, it is only a one-hour drive to the vibrant city of Caen and a two-hour drive to the iconic Mont Saint Michel.

This cozy Normand cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, whether they are adults or children. The surrounding 900m² of land is perfect for both young and old to engage in outdoor activities or enjoy evenings by the barbecue.

Inside the cottage, you will find a brand new and fully equipped interior, including a cozy lounge, a well-appointed kitchen, a modern bathroom, and two comfortable bedrooms. The bedding is also brand new and designed to provide optimal support for people of all ages.

For your convenience, there is a cellar available to store bicycles or any other items. Additionally, a terrace with a barbecue and garden furniture is provided for your relaxation and enjoyment.

The rental rates for the cottage are as follows:
- During the high season (June, July, and August), the weekly rate is 270 euros.
- During the low season (September to May), the weekly rate is 200 euros.
- For a weekend stay, the rate is 120 euros for a minimum of 8 people.
