This charming and modern cottage in Labastide-en-Val is the perfect escape from the stresses of everyday life. It offers all the comforts you need, including amenities for small children such as a booster seat, high chair, baby bath, and changing table. Follow the road along the water court and you'll discover small pits and a natural water lake where you can swim and have a picnic. There's also a small alley next to the house that leads to a peaceful square where you can relax and enjoy pleasant moments.

The interior of the cottage features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils, a refrigerator with a freezer, a host, an oven, and a gas hob. The dining room and lounge area come with a TV, DVD player, and a sofa bed. You'll also have access to WIFI.

On the first floor, you'll find a shower room with a toilet and a washing machine, as well as a bedroom with a double bed. The second floor offers a bedroom with two single beds and a bed rail.

Labastide-en-Val is a charming village with around a hundred inhabitants. It is surrounded by woods, crossed by rivers, and adorned with fountains. The location is ideal for visiting the Cathar castles, exploring the Canal du Midi, discovering the medieval city of Carcassonne, and experiencing the diverse fauna and flora of Aude. Don't forget to indulge in the delicious local wines and produce.

Please note that electricity from October to April is not included in the price. Cleaning services are available for an additional fee of 50. Pets are allowed for an extra charge of 25.
