Welcome to La Petite Vallée in the beautiful Black Perigord region! Xabi, Elise, and their children are thrilled to introduce their new cottage to you. Located just 1.5 km from the village of Rouffignac St Cernin, our cottage is the perfect base for exploring the stunning sites of Périgord.

Rouffignac St Cernin, with its 1,600 inhabitants, is conveniently situated on the Perigueux-Sarlat axis. It offers easy access to the most beautiful attractions in the area. We are more than happy to provide recommendations for tours and activities during your stay.

Our cottage is surrounded by 5 acres of wooded surroundings, providing a peaceful atmosphere and a beautiful view. Despite its tranquil setting, it is also conveniently close to all amenities such as supermarkets, ATMs, service stations, hairdressers, bars, restaurants, and the Sunday market.

The cottage itself offers comfortable accommodation for up to 7 people. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious kitchen, a cozy lounge/dining room with internet access (computer not provided), a flat screen TV, and a DVD player. There is also a large bedroom with a 140cm bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet.

On the second floor, there are two additional bedrooms. One bedroom has a 140cm bed, while the other has a 140cm bed and a 90cm bed. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet.

We provide all necessary bed linen, towels, shower mats, and kitchen towels for your convenience. Outside, you can relax on your terrace by the heated swimming pool and enjoy meals under the covered porch, where a superb WEBER barbecue is at your disposal.

If you are traveling with a baby, we are happy to lend you baby equipment such as a high chair, changing mat, cot, high trek stroller, and park.

In terms of distances, you will find supermarkets, petrol stations, doctors, pharmacies, and more just 2km away. Other nearby attractions include Les Eyzies (16km), Golf of Marterie (11km), Périgueux (30km), Sarlat (35km), Montignac (Lascaux) (21km), and the Dordogne River (35km).

There are also several must-see attractions in the area, such as the Rouffignac Cave (4km), the Rouffignac Market (Sunday), Roque St Christophe (12km), Lascaux (21km), the Périgueux Cathedral, the pretty village of St Leon sur Vezere (18km), and the International Centre of Prehistory (PIP) in Les Eyzies (16km).
