This fully furnished ground floor villa (180m2) offers easy access for individuals with reduced mobility. It includes 4 bedrooms with a total of 4 double beds, 2 single beds, and a cot. There are also 3 bathrooms available. The villa is equipped with modern amenities such as a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, TV, and internet.A veranda with a sea view opens up to a spacious wooden deck, and there are two other shaded terraces on either side of the villa. The property boasts a large garden of 1300m2 with fruit trees.
Vincendo beach is within a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute drive from the villa. This beautiful beach features several small coves of black sand. Please note that swimming is allowed but not supervised.
Nearby attractions include Rivière Langevin and lava flows.
The price for renting the villa is as follows:
- Outside of school holidays: 490 euros per week
- During school holidays: 560 euros per week
- Weekend package (arrival on Friday, departure on Sunday): 290 euros
