- "Zen" Room: This room offers a relaxed atmosphere with a choice of a separable 180x200 bed or two separate 90x200 beds. The open bathroom includes a freestanding bathtub, a walk-in shower, double sinks, and a private toilet. The room also has a door window overlooking the courtyard garden. The rate for this room is €125 for two people.
Level 1:
- "Industry" Suite: This suite features a unique factory-themed decoration and offers utmost comfort. It includes a living room with a luxurious and comfortable sofa (140x190), and a spiral staircase leading to a bedroom on level 2 with a separable 180x200 bed. The suite also includes a spacious shower, a "factory" style basin, and a toilet. The rate for this suite is €125 for two people, with a surcharge of €30 per additional person.
- "Charming" Suite: This suite boasts a chic and charming decor. It consists of two bedrooms, with one on level 1 and a private staircase leading to the second bedroom on level 2. Both rooms have access to a bathroom with an "island" bathtub, an Italian-style shower, double sinks, and a toilet. The suite also includes a private terrace (> 6m) with a garden overlooking the courtyard garden. The rate for this suite is €135 for two people, with a surcharge of €30 per additional person.

Experience the ultimate in comfort and convenience at our unique and stylish downtown house, located in an old industrial building that was once a spinning mill. This atypical 45sqm apartment on the 1st floor offers a loft-like atmosphere with stunning views of the Palais Fervaques and complete privacy. With two spacious bedrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.Our minimum stay requirement is only 2 nights, and we offer flexible arrival options. The rate for a 2-night stay is €180, plus a tax of €0.85 per person per night. For each additional night, the rate is €90. We also provide a discounted rate for longer stays of more than a week.
As part of our exceptional service, we ensure that your beds are made upon arrival and the initial cleaning is taken care of by our staff (excluding dishes and personal tidying). Additionally, we provide all bathroom, table, and kitchen linens, as well as a hospitality tray to welcome you.
The apartment features two bedrooms, one with a comfortable 160x200 bed and the other with a mezzanine that includes two 90x190 beds. We can also provide a cot and high table for a baby upon request. The living room is furnished with two sofas (2 and 3 places) and a dining area with a table for 4-6 people.
Our fully equipped kitchen includes a 4-burner hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and a combination oven with a microwave and grill function. Other amenities in the apartment include free wifi, a large flat-screen TV, DVD player, CD player, and radio. For your convenience, we also provide a well-appointed bathroom with a hairdryer, washing machine, and vacuum cleaner. The toilet is separate from the bathroom.

To get to the Palais de Fervaques from the A26 motorway, take exit 10 towards "Saint-Quentin-centre". Follow the signs for "Palais de Fervaques" and "office de tourisme", and make two left turns. Continue straight until you reach the Palais de Fervaques. Then, follow the signs for "Temple". The destination is located at number 12 and there is a large parking lot with 100 spaces in front of it.
