This charming studio in Paris is perfect for a group of 2 to 4 people. It is conveniently located just a 20-minute walk from both Montmartre and Canal St Martin. Additionally, it is in close proximity to Gare du Nord (only 1 station away) and Gare de l'Est, making it easily accessible. Moreover, there is a direct line to Père-Lachaise.In the surrounding area, there is an Indian district where you can indulge in delicious and affordable spicy exotic dishes. Furthermore, the studio is conveniently situated just 200 meters away from two subway stations: Métro LA CHAPELLE on Line 2 and STALINGRAD on Line 7.
The studio itself is 20 square meters, with a small mezzanine, and underwent a complete renovation in July 2010. It is located on the ground floor of a beautiful 1930s Haussman building, providing a quiet and cool retreat during the summer months.
Inside, you will find a comfortable sofa bed measuring 160cm in the living room, as well as a 140cm mattress on the mezzanine. The studio is well-equipped with essential amenities such as a fridge, toaster, kettle, hairdryer, heater, dishes, towels, sheets, TV/DVD, hi-fi, and WiFi access.
The price for a 7-night stay is 350€ for 2 people, with an additional fee of 7€ per night for each additional person. There is also a 20€ charge for cleaning and laundry services. Notably, no deposit is required for your stay.

The studio is located 200 m from Métro La Chapelle on Line 2. This line provides direct access to Montmartre (2 stops) and Père-Lachaise cemetery (7 stops). Additionally, bus 48, which can be found in the same area, will take you directly to the Louvre Museum. Métro Stalingrad on Line 7 is also 200 m from the studio and provides direct access to Opéra, Musée du Louvre, Pont-neuf, and Chatelet.
Taxi:
If you are coming from either CDG or Orly airport, taking a taxi to the studio will take approximately 30-45 minutes, depending on the queue, time of day, and traffic. The cost for two people is around 30-40€. This is recommended, especially if you are not traveling during rush hour. Many tourists tend to get lost in the subway and it can take them 1.5-2 hours to reach the studio.
From Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport:
To reach the studio from CDG airport, you have several options:
- Take the RER B (blue line) towards Robinson or St Rémy lès Chevreuse and get off at Gare du Nord station. From there, you can walk for 15 minutes, take a taxi (around 15€, depending on the number of people and luggage), take the metro to La Chapelle Station, or take bus 48 (runs every 10 minutes from 06:30 am to 08:30 pm, not available on Sundays) or bus 65 (runs every 10 minutes from 06:30 am to 11:30 pm) or bus 350 and continue on foot for 5 minutes.
- Alternatively, you can take bus 350 from Roissypole Gare RER, which stops near the studio at Place de la Chapelle. However, please check for any changes in the bus schedule during summer or winter periods.
From Orly Airport:
The best option is to take the Orlyval, which will bring you to Gare du Nord in approximately 30 minutes. From there, you can take bus 48, 65, or walk for 10-15 minutes to reach the studio.
