Description:

Description for B&B:

The Segau is a Gascon farmhouse constructed entirely of stone during the late 18th century. It was once a thriving operation spanning over 100 hectares, with multiple families residing together. The farmer resided in the eastern section of the building, while 4-5 sharecroppers occupied the western part with their families. This section has now been transformed into 5 guest rooms.

Presently, the farmhouse operates on 53 hectares of land surrounding the main buildings. The land is traversed by the "Osse" river, and we practice organic farming methods. Our primary crops include cereals such as wheat and soybeans, as well as lentils and beans.

Nestled in the heart of Ténarèze, the farmhouse boasts a picturesque hilly landscape, offering breathtaking views of the Pyrenees mountain range.

During the restoration of this historic house, we prioritized preserving the original essence of the building. The choice of materials and the restoration techniques employed, such as stone walls and whitewashed joints, pay homage to the construction methods of the time.

Additionally, we provide accommodation for horses and motorcycles, with 10 horse boxes and dedicated storage spaces.
