The location is ideal, with close proximity to the main landmarks of Cagliari and the most popular tourist attractions. Restaurants, bars, and shopping streets surround our establishment. Step inside the building to experience the charm of a 17th-century residence coupled with the modern comforts of a contemporary home, all accompanied by the warm and genuine hospitality of the owners.

The entire property is equipped with temperature control. In the lounge area, guests can unwind on the comfortable sofa while enjoying the large-screen television with satellite channels. Additionally, an aquarium with tropical fish adds a touch of tranquility.

The bedrooms can be tailored to your preferences upon request. Whether you desire two single beds or a double bed, we strive to accommodate your needs. Each room is equipped with a TV, minibar, and other optional amenities such as a safe box, Wi-Fi or wired connection, air conditioning, and transportation to/from the airport, port, railway station, and bus terminal.
