On the ground floor, you will find an open kitchen equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine, gas cooktop, oven, cooker hood, microwave, and a 3-star rated fridge with a freezer. The open space includes a dining table, two dressers, a sofa that can be converted into a double bed, and a television. A staircase leads to the upstairs mezzanine.
The mezzanine level consists of two double beds (140cm) and one single bed (90cm), as well as a shower room with a shower, basin, and toilet.
The nominal capacity of the cottage is 2 to 4 people, with a maximum capacity of 5 to 7 people.
GRAND GITE
With a spacious area of 90m2, the grand cottage boasts a private terrace and offers stunning views of the river and the park from its east-facing orientation. The garden openspace features large windows that create a bright and airy atmosphere, further enhanced by a mezzanine level.
On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, gas cooktop, oven, cooker hood, microwave, and a 3-star rated fridge with a freezer. The dining room is furnished with a table and a buffet, while the living room offers comfortable sofas, including one that can be converted into a bed. A 82cm LCD television is also provided. The ground floor also grants access to the bathroom, which includes a bath, basin, toilet, and a washing and drying machine. Additionally, there is a bedroom on the ground floor with its own private outside access.

Directions
To get to Troyes from Sens City in the east, take N60. You will come across the first village on your right. Continue driving through the village, with the church and the Mairie on your right. After crossing a small bridge over the river, turn left. Keep going straight until you reach the next corner, where you will find your destination on the left side.
If you are coming from the Paris region, take A5 and take the exit for Sens. Follow the signs for Auxerre Troyes, and then continue towards Troyes. Eventually, you will reach N60, and you can follow the directions mentioned above.
