The family room includes a Queen size bed and a double sofa bed.

The kitchen is large and opens onto a covered terrace with stunning views of the park. The gîte itself spans 183 m2, while the park is a sprawling 31,000 m2. Guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the expansive 12m x 6m heated swimming pool, which offers a breathtaking view of the Chalosse. The pool area also includes a pool house with shower, washbasin, and toilets, as well as various aquatic games for children.
