Located in the heart of the Loire castles and just a few steps away from the Beauval zoo, our charming 3-star house is situated in a quiet corner, only 800 meters from the medieval city of Saint Aignan. With its own independent and fenced garden area of 400 m², our house offers a peaceful retreat for 4 to 5 persons.The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, bouloir, toaster, coffee maker, and microwave. The dining room features a comfortable sofa bed and a TV. The bedroom offers a double bed and a child's bed (140/200 and 90/165 respectively). The bathroom includes a toilet and a washing machine. Wifi and baby accessories are available upon request.
Pets are welcome with an additional fee of 20 euros per animal. Our rates are as follows: 155 euros for a weekend stay (from Saturday to Saturday), 295 euros for a week, and 320 euros per week during high season. We also offer additional services such as cleaning for 28 euros, bed sheets for 9 euros per bed, and bath towels for 5 euros per person. We accept holiday vouchers and can accommodate special requests based on availability.
