The ground floor of this property features a spacious kitchen/diner equipped with a large dining table, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and fridge/freezer. Additionally, there is a cozy living room that boasts a wood burner, perfect for enjoying warm and inviting autumn evenings. Furnishings include comfortable chairs, a large double sofa bed, a TV and DVD player, as well as a selection of games and books for entertainment.

First Floor:
Moving up to the first floor, you will find a delightful master bedroom complete with a king-size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and even a single futon for added flexibility. The second bedroom offers a generously sized double bed along with a wardrobe and chest of drawers. A conveniently located bathroom includes a shower and toilet for your convenience.

Outside:
Step outside and you'll discover a sunny terrace at the front of the house, furnished with a table and chairs, as well as a barbecue for enjoyable outdoor meals. The property also boasts a lovely garden at the rear, featuring a large grassed area and garden furniture for your relaxation and enjoyment.

Les Deux Sabots can be easily reached from Limoges airport, which is only a 30-minute drive away. If you prefer to drive, the channel ferry ports of Caen and St Malo are approximately a 5-hour drive from the destination. Car hire services are available.
