Description:

Description for B&B:

Located between Provence and Cévennes, close to the Ardeche Gorges, our establishment offers an ideal climate for a relaxing holiday or an extended stay. Situated in the charming village of BARJAC, recognized as a "Character Village" and reminiscent of the old villages of Provence, OUSTAU The MULBERRY is the perfect place for singles, couples, or friends looking to spend a few nights or more.

Housed in an authentic 18th-century farmhouse, our establishment welcomes you as friends with a simple and warm hospitality. Our three non-smoking bedrooms, located on the upper floor, are comfortable, cozy, and tastefully decorated. Each room is named after a tree from the Moraceae family: White Mulberry, Breadfruit, and Fig Tree Banyan.

Shared facilities include two bathrooms, one with a bath, sink, and toilet, and the other with a shower, sink, and toilet. Breakfast, included in the stay, can be enjoyed on the terrace or in the dining room. We are happy to accommodate any dietary requirements upon request.

On select nights, we offer a host table where you can indulge in Southern cuisine made with fresh seasonal ingredients. Reservations are required. For other evenings, Barjac and its surroundings offer a variety of excellent restaurants, and we are happy to provide recommendations based on your preferences and budget.

We also offer the possibility of reserving meal trays.

Guests can enjoy free WiFi throughout the establishment and relax in our library with a fireplace in the period-style stone salon. Board games and a selection of books are available for your enjoyment.

Linen is provided free of charge, and parking is available nearby. Please note that we have a small dog as a part of our daily life and are unable to accommodate other animals.

Within a short walk from the farmhouse, you will find a market, supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, bicycle rentals, as well as restaurants, fairs, flea markets, attics, libraries, and the Castle Festival. Barjac is a picturesque town that is perfect for leisurely strolls.
