This is a cozy and spacious two-room accommodation located on the ground floor with its own private entrance and terrace. The main room features a well-equipped kitchen corner complete with a fridge, cooker, coffee maker, toaster, iron, and washing machine. Crockery is also included for your convenience.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area and a comfortable lounge with a television, books, games, video, and WIFI access. The bedroom offers a large and comfy bed with picturesque countryside views. Additionally, there is a newly furnished fireside area with a stove and armchairs for relaxation.

The accommodation also includes a separate WC and a bathroom with a shower. On the terrace, you will find a garden table and chairs, as well as a barbecue for outdoor dining. In the private park, there are also garden loungers provided for your ultimate comfort.

Welcome to 'La Louvière' at Moulin de la Louve, located in the beautiful Parc du Morvan in Burgundy, France.

We are delighted to offer a charming and comfortable two-room self-catering accommodation in a historic water mill, available for nightly or weekly rentals (minimum two nights).

Surrounded by stunning hilly countryside and a peaceful stream, our spacious property offers a secluded retreat for those seeking relaxation or exploring this fascinating Historical and Gastronomical region.

Conveniently located just 5 kilometers from Saulieu and the Chamboux Lake, where you can enjoy fishing, water sports, or a refreshing swim. Additionally, we are only a 30-minute drive from the Avallon motorway exit on the A6, making us an ideal stopover location.

Situated on the first floor of the mill, our fully equipped and private cottage features a large room with a kitchen, dining area, and cozy sitting room. You'll find a selection of books, music, DVDs, and CDs for your entertainment. The bedroom offers a spacious double bed, and there is a separate shower room and WC. The cottage is tastefully decorated to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Outside, you'll find a private balcony area with a table and chairs, adorned with beautiful flowers, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco or hosting a Bar-B-Que.

Directions

To get to your destination, follow these revised travel directions: Exit the South Motorway at Avallon and continue on the N6 towards Saulieu. From there, take the D15 road in the direction of Autun. Upon reaching the small hamlet of Macon, make a left turn and then follow it with a right turn after passing the small lake.
