The villa features a spacious kitchen with ample cupboard space, including a cooker hood, coffee maker, and kettle. The dining table can accommodate 8 guests and has an extension for additional seating.The living room boasts a cozy fireplace and exposed beams, with a glass door that opens onto a large south-facing terrace. For added safety, the terrace is enclosed with a glass wall. Outdoor seating is arranged around the barbecue for enjoyable meals in the garden.
A hallway leads to the bathroom and two bedrooms with twin beds. One of the bedrooms has a picture window with double glazing, providing a beautiful view of the southeast-facing pergola. The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, an electric towel dryer, and a shower-bath with storage drawers. There is also a tiled worktop between the towel rail and bath, perfect for changing diapers.
The villa is equipped with electric heating. The third bedroom, facing west, has two single beds. Additionally, there is a sofa bed for two in the living room.
On the lower level, there is a pool surrounded by a large terrace, with wrought iron gates for security and privacy. The pool area is inaccessible to young children.
The property includes a garage for one car and private parking for up to three cars. Please note that there is a separate studio on the ground level occupied by the owner.
