Situated in the heart of Flers village in Villeneuve d'Ascq, our apartment is nestled in a quiet area with an abundance of shops and excellent transport links (metro, bus, train) just a stone's throw away. As a completely independent cottage, we have thoughtfully provided everything you need to fully enjoy your stay.

Conveniently positioned, our location allows you to reach the center of Lille within 15 minutes using public transport or just 10 minutes by car via the nearby motorway. Our accommodation is particularly well-suited for executives on the move, business travelers, seminars, exhibitions, or training purposes.

For sports enthusiasts, you can indulge in a refreshing jog amidst the beautiful countryside surrounding the lakes in Villeneuve d'Ascq, located just 2.5km or 10km away from the guest apartment.
