Month: $980.00 net, all utilities included.
Week: $310 net, all inclusive.
Weekend: $180 net, all inclusive for 3 nights (choose from either Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday).
Additional night: $40.
A deposit of 30% of the rental price will be required upon contract receipt.

Check-out time is before 12:00 PM.
Available for monthly rentals up to 3 months maximum.
Invoice will be provided and must be paid earlier in the month.
Monthly contract renews automatically unless one-month notice is given.

Additionally, there is an ironing board, a storage unit, and a small toilet with a convenient handwashing area.

First Floor:
Ascend to the mezzanine level where you will find a cozy bedroom with a comfortable 140-sized bed and ample storage space in the dressing area. The bathroom on this floor is equipped with a refreshing shower, a basin, and a toilet, as well as a convenient washing machine.
