This is a charming farmhouse that embodies the traditional style of old Lotoise farms. It is situated in the peaceful and green countryside of the northwest Lot region. Only 4 km away is the vibrant town of Lacapelle-Marival, where you can find all the necessary shops and explore the impressive 13th-century castle. The surrounding area offers numerous attractions such as Rocamadour, Padirac, St Cirq Lapopie, the picturesque valleys of Lot and Dordogne, a beautiful lake, and a zoo. In 2005, the house was carefully renovated to preserve its original character. It still exudes the charm of its era with its buildings arranged around a courtyard, a well with a stone trough where cattle used to drink, a restored bread oven, and a barn. The ground floor of the barn opens onto a courtyard with garden furniture and a barbecue, while the upper floor leads to the pool. Access to the house is via a stone staircase, and inside you will find the preserved "inglenook" and "scullery". The rooms are tastefully and simply furnished, creating a pleasant and bright atmosphere.
