Guest room description:This guest room has a total area of 23 m2 and is equipped with 1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 table, 2 bedside tables, a wardrobe, 1 chair, 2 chairs, and 1 TV. The bathroom is complete with a shower, sink, and W.C. The room is available for nightly rental, with check-out required before 12:00 pm. It can accommodate 1 or 2 people. To secure a reservation, we require the lease to be signed and a deposit payment of 50% of the total amount. Linen is provided, including a pair of sheets and towels. Additionally, there is a relaxation area available in a neighboring house that can be accessed by reservation from 17:30 onwards.

Flat Description:This flat has a total area of 42 m2 and offers the following amenities: a kitchen sink, dishwasher, microwave, stove with oven, 1 electric hotplate and 3 gas burners, and 1 TV. The room is furnished with 1 double bed, 1 single bed (which can also be used as a sofa), 1 tablet, 2 nightstands, 1 wardrobe, 1 armoire, and 1 chair. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, and W.C.
The flat is available for leasing from Saturday 15 am to Saturday 10 am. If desired, the room can be rented furnished under the conditions of the guest room. The flat is suitable for a maximum of 2 persons (with an additional 90 cm bed available for 1 child).
To make a reservation, please send the lease agreement and make a payment of a 50% deposit of the total amount. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the lease and deposit.
Upon arrival and departure, the flat will be inspected. Any damages or degradation of the premises or equipment will be repaired at your expense. A security deposit equal to the rental price is required at the time of receiving the keys and will be returned upon departure if no damage is found.
A household service is available at the end of your stay for a price of 31 euros. Linen supplies are also available, including a pair of sheets for 4 euros and 2 towels per person for 3 euros.
For relaxation, a designated area is located in a neighboring house and can be accessed by reservation starting from 17:30.
