La Maison de Marie is a charming half-timbered house dating back to 1843. Nestled in a tranquil garden, it offers a serene retreat for reading or relaxation. During the summer, the garden and orchard add to the enchanting atmosphere.The accommodations consist of two separate units. The first, called "The Sequence," is located on the upper floor of the house. It features a spacious lounge/library with a billiards table, which leads to a room for two people (with a 160x200 bed) and a room for three people (with three 90x190 beds). Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower and sink built into an old stove, as well as a separate toilet area. Access to this unit is through an independent staircase, allowing guests to enjoy the flower garden and enclosed space.
The second unit, known as "The Chamber of the Bread Oven," is situated around the house's original oven. On the ground floor, guests will find a cozy lounge area and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Upstairs, there is a room for three people (with a 160x200 bed and a single bed) and a mezzanine with a library corner. Access to this unit is through the garden.
Each room is equipped with a refrigerator and a designated area for tea, coffee, or herbal tea. The suite also includes a microwave. A crib can be provided upon request. Parking facilities are available for cars and bicycles.
