The cottage is situated in Chautagne Motz, which is conveniently located at the intersection of three departments: Savoie, Haute-Savoie, and Ain.

The town offers a great combination of sports and nature, with the Space Sport and Nature area just 2 km away. This area includes a supervised water area, with lifeguards present during the summer months. It also features two tennis courts, a roller skating rink, a tree trail, and a restaurant.

For those looking to enjoy the water, Lac du Bourget is approximately 15 km to the north. Here, you can relax on the beach, rent pedal boats, try water skiing, and dine at a restaurant.

The cottage itself is a terraced house with a floor area of approximately 65 m2. It comes with a garden of around 25 m2, complete with garden furniture and a BBQ. There are also two parking spaces available right in front of the house.

Inside, you will find a basement with a washing machine and dryer, which can also accommodate two bikes. Speaking of bikes, we provide five adult bikes for your use, including one city bike, one mountain bike, and four others.

The cottage has three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed (140 cm), the second bedroom has a 120 cm bed and a loft bed (90 cm), and the third bedroom has a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm). An additional mattress can be added in the third bedroom for an extra fee of 5 euros per person per day. There is also a sofa bed (130 cm) in the living room.

We provide linen and towels, as well as kitchen supplies. The kitchen is equipped with a gas oven, a 4-ring gas cooker, a microwave, a toaster, a refrigerator with a freezer, and a dishwasher. There is enough tableware for seven people.

In the living room, you will find a TV, a VCR, a DVD player, a mini HiFi system, WiFi, board games, and a library. Other amenities include a hairdryer, a fan heater, two fans, an iron, an ironing board, a drying rack, a floor vacuum cleaner, and an upstairs vacuum cleaner.

If you are traveling with a baby, we have a high chair, a changing table with a newborn bath, and a chamber pot available. We also provide a stroller.
