A beautifully renovated farmhouse surrounded by vineyards offers a range of amenities. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room, a cozy lounge with an Alsatian stove, and a dining room with a kitchenette equipped with dishes, a coffee maker, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a toaster grill. There is also a separate toilet on this floor. For families with young children, we provide a cot, a high chair, and a baby trot.Upstairs, there are three charming and comfortable bedrooms named Provence, Prairie, and Oceans, each offering a unique experience.
Guests can access the property through a private entrance from the garden, where they can also find a patio designed in a "Moorish" style. This patio includes a summer kitchen, a bar, and a barbecue area, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. Additionally, there is an 8x4 pool for guests to relax and cool off. We also offer parking facilities for motorcycles, jet skis, and quads.
Please note that the pool will be available starting from 2011, as it is currently under construction. Furthermore, we have the capability to accommodate quads and jet skis in separate storage areas.

Personne très accueillante avec le cur sur la main ( sa été notre papy des vacances). Endroit très calme avec superbe piscine. Nous l'avons recommander à nos proches. Sa été que du bonheur, nous y retournerons très prochainement.

Directions
Take the A10 highway and exit at number 38, which is marked for either Paris-Bordeaux or Bordeaux-Paris. Once you pass the toll booth, continue following the signs for St Caprais de Blaye for approximately 4.5 kilometers. Look for the church route that leads to Calvary and follow the signs for Richebonne. At the fork, keep to the left. You will know you have arrived when you see a home with stone walls and blue shutters.
If you are traveling on the N137 axis, which connects Mirambeau and Blaye, turn left towards the St Caprais center to reach the church. Once you have reached the church, follow the same path as before.
