Nestled in a quiet village in Scrignac, the house features a kitchen, living room, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet on the ground floor. The mezzanine, with a ceiling height of 1.86m, offers a comfortable double bed for guests.

The house is equipped with electric heating, a washing machine, TV with DVD player, and a microwave. Outside, there is an enclosed terrace with a lounge area, deck chairs, and a barbecue.

Bed sheets are provided for guests' convenience.
