Groundfloor:The groundfloor features a spacious kitchen (16 m2) equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, gas cooker with oven and 4 burners, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, mixer, electric carver, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. Additionally, there is a raclette set, fondue set, and a hoover for your convenience.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a cozy dining room (14 m2) for enjoying meals together.
The groundfloor also includes a bathroom with a shower (4 m2) and a separate toilet (2 m2) for added privacy.
First floor:
On the first floor, you'll find a comfortable living room (20 m2) with a TV, CD/DVD player, amp, and speakers, perfect for relaxing and entertainment.
There are three bedrooms on this floor. Bedroom 1 (11 m2) offers a double bed, while Bedroom 2 (16 m2) features two single beds. Bedroom 3 (16 m2) is equipped with another double bed. Upon request, one of the double beds can be replaced with two single beds.
There is also a bathroom with a bath/shower and toilet (6 m2) on the first floor.
Outside:
The property boasts a barbecue and garden furniture for delightful outdoor meals. Additionally, there are children's games such as a swing, slide, trampoline, and sandpit, ensuring endless fun for the little ones. Furthermore, there is ample outside private parking available.
