Equipment:On the 1st floor, there are 5 bedrooms, each equipped with a washbasin. These include:
- 3 rooms with 1 double bed each
- 1 room with 2 single beds
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bunk bed
The 2 showers and 2 toilets on this floor are shared among the 5 bedrooms.
On the ground floor, there is 1 toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with a beautiful bay window offering a stunning view of Mont Blanc, and a cozy lounge area.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire house.

Directions
Take the A40 highway and take exit 21 towards Passy. Once in Passy, continue in the direction of the chief town. If you are coming from the capital, follow the D13 road towards Sallanches. The path of Regards will be located 800 meters ahead on your left.
