Our guest house is located in the heart of the historic district of La Marsa, specifically in Lahouache, nestled at the end of a quiet street. The architectural style of our house is reminiscent of Arab-Andalusian design, reminiscent of the charming haciendas of the 19th century. The expansion and renovation of our house took a meticulous 3 ½ years, with great care taken to preserve the period architecture while ensuring the comfort of modern times.

Dar Souad is conveniently situated in the city center, yet once inside, it feels like a whole new world. The majority of the house opens up to a spacious patio, which is as large as the house itself. This patio features a heated area and a soothing waterfall, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere.

Our guest house offers 5 uniquely styled bedrooms, each with its own private terrace. All of this is set in a traditional oriental ambiance, providing a truly authentic experience.
