We offer various rental options, including renting the entire villa, the Trouloulou suite with an integrated bathroom, the Paul suite with a reserved bathroom on the landing, the Paul room with a shared bathroom (with Virginie), and the Virginie room with a shared bathroom (with Paul). Kindly inform us of your choice of rooms or if you require taxis.

Your quote will be provided based on your specific conditions of stay and the number of people. Please note that the minimum rental period is 15 days, unless previously agreed upon. The rates vary depending on the season. The low season includes April, May, June, July, August, and September, which is equivalent to a European spring. The high season includes October, November, December, January, February, and March, which is referred to as Indian summer.

The pricing for the villa or guest house is as follows:
- Low season: Empty house or high season guest house in our presence and August/September - 1280 per month or 42 per day for four guests.
- High season: Empty house in our absence - 1480 per month or 49 per day for four guests.

Please note that the swimming pool, tennis court, living room, dining room, terrace, and outdoor parking are shared facilities. The presence of the owner is possible and desirable, so please inform us if you do not wish for their presence. In 2023, the owner's presence is scheduled from August to February 2024.

For long-term rentals of more than three months, the rate is 1100 per month for a maximum of four people. However, rates may slightly increase based on the length of stay and the season. Additional supplements may apply, such as a weekly rate, daily rate, or weekend rate. Weekly cleaning or cleaning after departure is mandatory at an additional cost of 25. Please note that check-out time is at 10 am, and check-in time is expected from 2 pm for cleaning and preparations.

"Welcome to our rented premises, a comfortable house with a charming Mauritian Creole aesthetic. It features a suite and two bedrooms, a spacious living room, dining room, two bathrooms, and a large terrace. The rooms are generously sized and well-equipped with a bed, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, and mirror. The house itself is bright and airy, with tasteful interior decor and beautiful colonial paintings. Both the interior and exterior walls, ceilings, and shutters have been completely redone.

Our location is ideal, just 200 meters away from the sandy beach of Grandbaie Center, 2 kilometers from the stunning beach of Pointe aux Canonniers, and 5 kilometers from Pereybère beach. It is also a short 15-minute walk to the city center of Grand Baie.

For convenient transportation, a bus station is only 50 meters away, with frequent and affordable buses that can take you to various attractions and amenities. In less than 10 minutes, you can reach Pointe aux Canonniers, Grand Baie Center and Port, as well as Peyrebere Beach. Cap Malheureux, one of the most beautiful beaches in Mauritius, is just 4.5 kilometers away. The capital city of Port Louis is a 30-minute drive from the property.

Our rental offers several advantages, including a fully air-conditioned villa that spans 136 square meters and is meticulously maintained. The dining room and TV lounge open up to a delightful terrace and an exotic garden. The shared outdoor facilities in the residence include a swimming pool with a barbecue kiosk, surrounded by mango and coconut trees and other exotic plants. Barbecues by the pool are a true pleasure in this little corner of paradise. Additionally, two tennis courts are available for your enjoyment.

Within the rental premises, you will find a large, modern, and well-equipped kitchen. The inventory of fixtures includes various household appliances and equipment such as a washing machine, water heater, water pump, oven with plates, two refrigerator freezers, microwave, blender, emergency lamp, kettle, rice-cooker, coffee maker, toaster, minute cooker, wok, ironing board and iron, clocks, tables, double beds, single bed, and more. Linens, towels, and kitchenware are also provided.

Please note that certain personal effects and trusses are stored in locked cupboards and are not accessible to tenants.

The rental is suitable for a maximum of six people, and any abusive use of the premises or rental to more than four people without prior agreement is a breach of the rental contract. The tenant must report any anomalies immediately to the owner, who reserves the right to take appropriate action.

A security deposit of €400 is required to cover any potential damages or additional charges, and it will be refunded within one month after deducting any necessary expenses.

Both the tenant and the owner have specific obligations outlined in the agreement, and the owner is responsible for major repairs during the lease term.

Insurance is required for long-term rentals, and the tenant must have their own civil insurance and damage coverage.

In the event of non-payment or non-compliance with the agreement, the owner has the right to terminate the contract and request that the tenant vacates the premises.
