The property is set on a wooded and enclosed land and features four bedrooms that can accommodate up to nine guests, two bathrooms with both shower and bath facilities, a fully equipped kitchen, two sun terraces, and a spacious living room. Adjacent to the pool, which measures 5mX11m, is a traditional Provencal-style barbecue. The pool is securely fenced and heated, providing a safe and enjoyable swimming experience. For families with young children, the villa provides two cots and high chairs. The pool remains heated from mid-April until late October. Additionally, both the villa and pool area are equipped with a wifi network.

The Villa is available for booking all year round. With a spacious area of 170 sqm, the villa is conveniently situated on a single level, providing easy access to two expansive and shaded terraces. Adjacent to the pool area, you will find a charming Provencal style barbecue, perfect for enjoying a refreshing drink or a delightful dinner before or after a game of bowling.

The villa offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Rhone Valley, encompassing the picturesque vineyards, Mont Ventoux, and the Alpilles. The private pool, measuring 11m x 5m, is not only heated but also securely enclosed, ensuring a safe and enjoyable swimming experience. Rest assured, there are no neighboring properties obstructing your privacy. The villa is nestled within a 1200 sqm plot, adorned with beautifully flowering trees, olive trees, lavender, and aromatic plants. There is also ample space available for ball games, allowing you to make the most of your recreational time.

Inside the villa, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and a variety of pots, pans, and utensils. Other amenities include a toaster, traditional coffee maker, and a Senseo coffee machine. The dining and relaxation area features a cozy fireplace, a TV, and a Blu-Ray / DVD player.

The villa consists of two bedrooms with comfortable double beds (160X200) and two bedrooms with two single beds (90X200) each. Additionally, there is a room available with three single beds (90X200), equipped with a TV, DVD player, and a Playstation 2 (16 sets available). For families with young children, two cots with foam mattresses, specially designed to prevent dust mites, are provided.

The villa boasts two bathrooms, one with a bath and shower, and another with a shower and WC. Additionally, there is a separate WC for added convenience. A laundry room equipped with a washing machine, freezer, and refrigerator is also available.

The spacious living and dining room features a TV, Blu-Ray / DVD player, a fireplace, and comfortable sofas and armchairs. Outside, you can make use of the traditional Provençal BBQ to savor delicious meals. A petanque court with boules provided is also at your disposal.
