Rent a detached house on a family property, suitable for 2 to 4 people. This fully renovated house offers a cozy living space of 20 m2. The property is surrounded by a large fenced area, ensuring privacy, tranquility, and a beautiful natural setting. The house is filled with charm and character.The living room is equipped with a kitchenette, including a fridge, microwave, and electric plates. The sofa in the living room comfortably sleeps two people, providing a comfortable bed for a good night's rest. The shower room includes a toilet for convenience.
Outside, there is a terrace with garden furniture, lounge chairs, and an umbrella, creating a perfect spot to relax without being overlooked by neighbors. Additional photos of the property are available upon request via email.
For larger groups, there is a possibility of accommodating two more people on a double bed located on the impracticable access mezzanine.
The property is conveniently located near the Orient Forest Park, with lakes just 10 minutes away. The Troyes/Dienville bike path is only 5 minutes away, providing a great opportunity for outdoor activities. A supermarket can be reached within 5 minutes, and the magnificent architectural heritage of Troyes, along with its famous factory stores, is just a 10-minute drive away. The Nigloland amusement park is within a 30-minute drive.
The house is available for rent starting from the weekend of 08/28/15. The weekend rate is 50 euros per night, and the weekly rate is 40 euros per night. A full week rental, from Saturday to Saturday, is priced at 200 euros. For longer stays, please contact us for further information.
Various additional services are also offered, such as the rental of sheets for 10 euros, bath towels and towel rental for 5 euros, and the rental of baby accessories (bed, high chair) for 5 euros. Additionally, there is an option to have a cleaning fee of 20 euros upon departure.

Très satisfait
Nous avons adoré passer ce séjour dans ce gîte. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et conciliants. Merci à eux. La maisonnette est très sympa et bien équipée. La terrasse est un plus. L'admission des animaux nous a permis de prendre soin de notre chien. C'était super !
