"Les Hauts de Chaumont" is a charming, historic wine grower's house established in 1880. Over the years, it has been carefully renovated and now warmly welcomes guests throughout the year. Immerse yourself in the cultural richness of Val de Loire, indulge in its gastronomy, and immerse yourself in its picturesque landscapes.

Our convenient courtyard provides safe and easy parking for your car, while cyclists can securely store their bikes in our garage. Located on the first floor, the comfortable bedrooms all feature private bathrooms and toilets for your convenience.

Unwind in our spacious lounge, where breakfast is served each morning. For light meals or drinks, a kitchenette with a microwave and fridge is available for your use. All rooms have been recently renovated in 2011 and are equipped with flat-screen TVs. Enjoy complimentary WIFI throughout your stay.

Since June 2011, we have also introduced a new modern-designed holiday cottage, perfect for 6 to 8 guests. This air-conditioned cottage is located near the swimming pool, offering a refreshing retreat. Dine al fresco in the garden, which is equipped with a barbecue for your summer grilling needs. With 3000 m² of lush greenery, the garden provides several tranquil spots where you can relax, enjoy a drink with friends or family, or simply indulge in a good book while listening to the soothing melodies of birdsong.

Children will delight in the backyard, where a large playset featuring swings and a slide awaits their playful adventures. Keep an eye out for our friendly squirrel and the delightful woodpecker couple, who may make an appearance if luck and patience are on your side.

The swimming pool is fully enclosed and locked for your safety. It measures 10 meters by 5 meters, with a depth of 2.30 meters. While the pool is graciously provided for your enjoyment, it is important to note that you are responsible for its use and must adhere to the rules communicated upon your arrival. Relax on our comfortable deckchairs, and if needed, bath towels can be provided for your convenience.

We are delighted to introduce our new vacation rental, which has been available since June 2011. Our modern-designed holiday cottage spans 90m2 and can comfortably accommodate 6 to 8 individuals. Equipped with air conditioning, it offers a refreshing respite during the warmer months. Situated in close proximity to the swimming pool, guests can enjoy easy access to a leisurely swim. The cottage boasts an abundance of natural light and an ample amount of space, ensuring a comfortable stay. We take pride in providing high-quality beds, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep for our valued guests.
