Our spacious and fully equipped houses include a kitchen and private facilities, allowing you to feel at home during your stay.As part of your stay, you will have access to a range of leisure facilities and activities, all of which are included in your package. Additionally, we are conveniently located near a new catering service, just 50 meters away, as well as a small snack option 150 meters away. We also offer a unique service where we will supply your fridge with your requested items before your arrival.
For those looking for adventure, both on land and at sea, we have a Polynesian guide who can assist you in discovering the island and its marine life, including the opportunity to see manta rays (available from April to August). Please note that there is a minimum 4-hour activity rate of 3,000 XPF (25.14 €) per person.
If diving is your passion, the dive center will conveniently pick you up from the residence free of charge. We also offer land-based discovery activities, including the use of our specially designed 4X4 vehicle, upon request.

Our large beach fare offers 72 m2 of space, with optional air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms. The fare is equipped with windows fitted with mosquito nets, a bathroom with hot water, a fully equipped kitchen (including a cooker, hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, and 2-bowl sink with hot water), a television, DVD player, board games, books, and DVDs. Linens and beach towels are provided, and there is high-speed internet access available at all times. You will also have a mobile phone recharge card and a free telephone contact for hotel restaurants, diving services, healthcare facilities, and other services. The fare is equipped with a safe and has 24/7 electricity. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the sunset, and there is an additional outdoor shower for convenient beach access. Other amenities include a BBQ, daily cleaning service (except on Sundays), and the option to request privacy by placing a "household" sign. Additionally, there is a washing machine, laundry facilities, and cleaning products available. We also have equipment to accommodate babies, including 2 cots with bedding, 2 high chairs for meals, and 2 bicycles with child seats.

Your stay includes access to kayaks, bicycles for both adults and children, beach volleyball equipment, bocce, beach pails and accessories for young children, and beach and sea chairs. We also offer activities such as crab hunting, fishing nets, bird food, and white moray. Additionally, we provide mapped walking routes, access to the neighboring islet in front of the residence, snorkeling opportunities 150 meters to the right of the residence, and a kite surfing spot 100 meters to the left of the residence. Our beach, located in front of your fare, offers a safe environment for children to swim.

The facilities fee for the Hobie Cat 16 is 5,000 XPF (41.9 €), and for sailboards, it is 2,000 XPF (16.76 €) per half day. Fishing equipment, including rods, reels, nets, and spearfishing equipment, is available for 1,000 XPF (8.38 €) per day. To travel from Papeete in Tahiti to the island of Maupiti, you will first need to take a flight. Upon landing on Maupiti, you will arrive at an island. Starting from October 1, 2010, there is a transfer package available for transportation between Village Dock Residence and Maupiti. The cost is 1000 CFP francs or 8.38 € per person. Children aged 2 to 12 years old can avail this package at half price, while babies can enjoy the transfer for free. This fee should be paid upon departure. If you arrive at the airport, you will be on a motu (islet). From there, you can take a shuttle boat to reach the village settlement.
