Price Beach Homes offers rates specifically designed for families of three or more people. We provide discounted rates during the off-season for families with at least one child, honeymooners, and globetrotters. Our accommodations include cots with bedding and high tables for meals, as well as bicycles with child seats.

For parties of one to two individuals, our low season rates are applicable during January, February, March, November, and December 15. The cost per night is 10,800 XPF (90.5 €) for the entire unit or 5,400 XPF or 53.63 € per person (if only one person is staying, they will still pay the fixed price of 10,800 XPF). During the high season from April to October, the rate is 12,800 XPF (107.26 €) per night for the unit or 6,400 XPF or 50.28 € per person (with the same condition for single occupancy). Stays of one to two days throughout the year are charged at the full rate of 12,800 XPF TTC (107.26 €) per night for the entire unit or 6,400 XPF or 50.28 € per person.

For parties of three to four people or more, our mid-season rates apply during January, February, March, November, and December 15. The cost per night is 14,800 XPF (124.02 €) for the entire unit or 3,700 XPF or 31.01 € per person (based on a party of four). During the low season from April to October, the rate is 16,800 XPF (140.78 €) per night for the entire unit or 4,200 XPF or 35.2 € per person (based on a party of four). Stays of one to two days throughout the year are charged at the full rate including VAT, which is 16,800 XPF (140.78 €) per night for the entire unit or 4,200 XPF or 35.2 € per person (based on a party of four). For groups larger than four people, an additional charge of 1,000 XPF (8.4 €) is applied for a folding bed or cot.

Designed specifically for families seeking medium to long-term stays, our accommodations offer a variety of amenities and services to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Our spacious and fully equipped houses include a kitchen and private facilities, allowing you to feel at home during your stay.

As part of your stay, you will have access to a range of leisure facilities and activities, all of which are included in your package. Additionally, we are conveniently located near a new catering service, just 50 meters away, as well as a small snack option 150 meters away. We also offer a unique service where we will supply your fridge with your requested items before your arrival.

For those looking for adventure, both on land and at sea, we have a Polynesian guide who can assist you in discovering the island and its marine life, including the opportunity to see manta rays (available from April to August). Please note that there is a minimum 4-hour activity rate of 3,000 XPF (25.14 €) per person.

If diving is your passion, the dive center will conveniently pick you up from the residence free of charge. We also offer land-based discovery activities, including the use of our specially designed 4X4 vehicle, upon request.

For a truly relaxing holiday, we provide a convenient meal delivery service directly to your house's terrace, allowing you to enjoy the stunning view of the beach and lagoon while savoring a delicious meal. We also offer a flexible boarding service that can be tailored to your preferences, ensuring you have the freedom to enjoy your holiday without any timetables or constraints.

During your stay, you will have access to our partnership with a nearby catering service known for its hospitality, environment, and quality. They can deliver meals and breakfasts directly to your beachfront terrace free of charge.

Your bungalow includes a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace for outdoor dining, and a shaded barbecue area. We also offer a fridge stocking service, where we will fill your fridge with your desired items before your arrival. The cost of the groceries will be charged at the store's cost plus a race fee of 800 XPF (or 6.7 €).

Near the residence, there is a small snack called "Mimi" on Tereia beach, which is open daily until 3 PM. In the village, you will find a small bakery and restaurant, offering affordable options with a budget of 1,200 to 1,800 XPF (or 10 to 15 €) per person. There is also a pizzeria that offers delivery for 200 XPF (or 1.68 €) per trip, although the distance is 3.5 to 4 km (or 2 km via a more adventurous and scenic route).

Through our partnerships with other guesthouses and restaurants, we can arrange for you to experience other beautiful locations for lunch or dinner, particularly on the nearby motus (islets), subject to availability and reservations made 48 to 72 hours in advance.

A menu service is available on weekends, offering a limited selection of dishes for Saturday and Sunday nights.

There is a new convenience store called "KOKI," operated by Mark and Melissa, which is open daily from 7 am to 8 pm on Sundays. We can make a stop there during your transfer if needed.

With our convenient island location, you will have the freedom to explore and access nearby attractions on foot.

During your stay, Lai, our manager, will be available to provide information, advice, and assistance with any services or everyday issues you may encounter.

Private Accommodation:
Our large beach fare offers 72 m2 of space, with optional air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms. The fare is equipped with windows fitted with mosquito nets, a bathroom with hot water, a fully equipped kitchen (including a cooker, hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, and 2-bowl sink with hot water), a television, DVD player, board games, books, and DVDs. Linens and beach towels are provided, and there is high-speed internet access available at all times. You will also have a mobile phone recharge card and a free telephone contact for hotel restaurants, diving services, healthcare facilities, and other services. The fare is equipped with a safe and has 24/7 electricity. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the sunset, and there is an additional outdoor shower for convenient beach access. Other amenities include a BBQ, daily cleaning service (except on Sundays), and the option to request privacy by placing a "household" sign. Additionally, there is a washing machine, laundry facilities, and cleaning products available. We also have equipment to accommodate babies, including 2 cots with bedding, 2 high chairs for meals, and 2 bicycles with child seats.

Leisure facilities and free activities included in your accommodation package:
Your stay includes access to kayaks, bicycles for both adults and children, beach volleyball equipment, bocce, beach pails and accessories for young children, and beach and sea chairs. We also offer activities such as crab hunting, fishing nets, bird food, and white moray. Additionally, we provide mapped walking routes, access to the neighboring islet in front of the residence, snorkeling opportunities 150 meters to the right of the residence, and a kite surfing spot 100 meters to the left of the residence. Our beach, located in front of your fare, offers a safe environment for children to swim.

(2) Stays longer than one week will receive additional equipment free of charge, excluding the Hobie Cat 16. The facilities fee for the Hobie Cat 16 is 5,000 XPF (41.9 €), and for sailboards, it is 2,000 XPF (16.76 €) per half day. Fishing equipment, including rods, reels, nets, and spearfishing equipment, is available for 1,000 XPF (8.38 €) per day. Additionally, we offer a package of masks, snorkels, fins, and beach shoes (in standard sizes) for 500 XPF (4.19 €) per stay.
