Welcome to the charming Rosmarino apartment, a beautifully renovated space perfect for your stay. As you enter through the antique chestnut door on the ground floor, you'll find yourself in a spacious living/dining room with a surface area of 30 m2. The room features a large table that can comfortably seat up to 8 people, as well as a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 additional guests. The convenience of a tiled bathroom with a shower, WC, bidet, and washbasin (5 m2) is also available on this floor.

The kitchen in the Rosmarino apartment is custom-designed and boasts Carrara marble work surfaces. Equipped with a gas hob, microwave, large fridge with a freezer on top, kettle, and a dining table with chairs (12 m2), it has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals.

The cozy sitting room on the ground floor is adorned with an original exposed stone wall and features a comfortable sofa and a fireplace. Wooden stairs lead to the upper floor.
