It has a capacity to accommodate 6 people, with the possibility of accommodating 9 people with extra beds.On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room measuring 35m², equipped with a television, stereo, and telephone for téléséjour. The kitchen is well-appointed and includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, gas hob with a hood, and a freezer. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.
Upstairs, there are three generously-sized bedrooms, a hallway, and another bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Ample parking space is available for up to 3 cars behind the house.
In addition, the house features a lovely terrace and garden facing south, equipped with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. It offers a peaceful and unobstructed view of the countryside.
